He stated currently the city has a bond in the waterworks and sewer system revenue bond series 2000 ini the amount of $2,176,000.00 million dollars at a rate of 4.5%, if the city decided to re-finance at. today's rate, an interest savings of$476,000. He states in. scenario 2 it covers Series 2000, waterworks and sewer system revenue series 2007 and series 2008, with the total amount of $5,751,000.
