No Action Mayor Chacôn announced Executive Session: Under terms of Chapter 551 of Texas Government Code the City Council may enter into Closed Session or Executive Session to discuss the following: Section 551.071, Texas Government Code. ORD-2024- 09-23-02: Consider approving Ordinance No. 2024-09-23-02, authorizing the issuance and sale of Combination Tax and Surplus Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2024; levying an annual ad valorem tax and providing for the security for and payment of said certificates; approving an official statement; providing an effective date; and enacting other provisions relating to the subject; and take appropriate action.
