The Economic Development Corporation met in a closed executive session at 4:40 p.m.  RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION  The Economic Development Corporation reconvened in open session at 4:54 p.m.  There was no action taken for Item 7 a (1).  Director Spears advised the EDC doesr not always havet to allowg grants fore every projectthatcomes before the Corporation.
