Call to Order, Roll Call, and Determination of Quorum Mayor Pro Tem Dufford called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.  Dena Meek Scott Dufford Dave Klewicki Paul Bastaich Kirk Hawrysio John Lusk Greg Weiler City staff present: Stephen Ashley Joni Vaughn 2. Invocation 3. Council Member Weiler gave thei invocation. Mayor Pro Tem Dufford led the pledges.  4. Public Hearing to consider public comment regarding an Ordinance accepting and approving a final  Chaparral Park Public Improvement District Service and Assessment Plan. Mayor Pro Tem Dufford opened the Public Hearing at 6:01 p.m. Mayor Pro Tem Dufford closed the Public Hearing at 6:01 p.m.  No one came forward to speak  5. Consider: and act upon an Ordinance accepting and approving at final Chaparral Park Public Improvement District Service and Assessment Plan, including the Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll; making a finding of special benefit to property within Improvement Area #1 of the Chaparral Park Public Improvement District; levying special assessments against such property and establishing al lien on such property; providing for the method of assessment and the payment of the assessments levied against the assessed property, in accordance with Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended. Mary Petty, P3Works, gave a report on the Ordinance to approve the Chaparral Park: service and assessment Council Member Lusk made a motion to approve the Ordinance as presented; motion seconded by Council  plan and answered questions. Member Hawrysio.  Motion Passed 6-0    6. Consider and act upon an Ordinance of the City of Oak Point, Texas, approving and authorizing the issuance and sale of the City of Oak Point, Texas, Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2024 (Chaparral Park Public Improvement District Improvement Area #1 Project); approving and authorizing Jason Hughes, Hilltop Securities and Tripp Davenport, FMS Bonds, reported on the Ordinance to approve Council Member Lusk made ai motion to approve the Ordinance as presented; motion seconded by Council  related agreements; and providing an effective date. bonds for the Chaparral Park PID and answered questions.  Member Bastaich.  Motion Passed 6-0  7. Consider and act upon upon a Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with Mustang Special Utility District related to the Chaparral Park Public Improvement District Improvement Area #1 Projects and resolving other related matters. Jordan Sawyer, Norton, Rose and Fulbright, explained the resolution and the interlocal agreement with Council Member Lusk made a motion to approve the Resolution as presented; motion seconded by Council  Mustang SUD and answered questions.
