Consideration and Action to: approve al Proposed Renovation of3s softball infields for the City Manager Robert Salinas stated they reached out to Texas Multi-Chem, for renovation of of3 softballi infields. Theg goal ist tos slowly revitalize the Alamo Sports Complex and Villagomez Park to get itready, for our winter league. The total cost) for all of fthese items is $41,868.00. Commissioner Okie Salinas asked are they planning on doing anything to the outfields? City Manager Robert Salinas responded at the moment, just infield, but they do. specialize on grass and we do have an issue with. stickers and wille eventually get this under control. This is a: standard resolution for any projects the AEDC) funds outside the 14 NAICS code that will qualify to incentives. The purpose) for this to acquire economic incentives) for the purpose of developing and constructing 3.00 acres for commercial use, accounting for between 20,000 and. 29,000 square feet of commercial: space, and the Company will provide ai minimum financial investment of $4,280,126.00, comprised of $2,918,400: ins shell construction, $1,167,360 in allowance cost and $194,366.15 in land cost. Company will be required to ensure the Project results and ai minimum of 60j full time jobs throughout the incentive payment period; EDC which shall provide the Company with a total of$500,000.00 worth ofi incentives to paid over a period ofs six (6) years following the  was ranked #1 and Border. Alamo Economic Development Corporation and AMMO Development LLC for the purpose of developing and constructing 20,000 to 29,000 square feet of commercial space in the AEDC Director. Rafael Tapia stated much like the resolution the contract has to be read twice. Thej first! pagel is similar to the resolution stating the purpose and agreements being enteredi into. Page 2s states the company's obligation of $4.2 million dollars the purpose is to develop 8.12 acres, commercial, space on. 3.00 acres and make ready approximately 5.07 acres forf future commercial use and create 60j jobs. Page 38 goes into performance agreements and. AEDC agreements.. Page 4s states the payment structure as mentioned earlier of $500,000 paid over a 6J year period. Page 3. Stilli is pending descriptions. Page 61 includes defaults in case they don' 'tmeet requirements and page 7does defne the time of  construction of the plaza and 50% occupancy.
