Invocation Mayor Meek gave the invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Meek led the pledges to thet flags. Consider and act upon five Resolutions providing for (i) the extraordinary optional redemption of certain outstanding City of Oak Point, Texas, Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2018 (Wildridge Public Improvement District No. 1 Improvement Area #1 Project), (ii) the extraordinary optional redemption of certain outstanding City of Oak Point, Texas, Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2018 (Wildridge Public Improvement District No. 1 Improvement Area #2 Project), (iii) the extraordinary optional redemption of certain outstanding City of Oak Point, Texas, Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2019 (Wildridge Public Improvement District No. 1 Improvement Area #3 Project), (iv) the extraordinary optional redemption of certain outstanding City of Oak Point, Texas, Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2021 (Wildridge Public Improvement District No. 1 Improvement Area #4 Project), and (v) the extraordinary optional redemption of certain outstanding City of Oak Point, Texas, Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2022 (Wildridge Public Improvement District No. 1 Improvement Area #5 Project); and resolving other matters incident and related to the redemption ofs such obligations. Council Member Bastaich made a motion to approve Item! 5 as presented; motion seconded by Deputy bonds due to some homeowners prepaying their capitol assessments. Member Lusk. Consider and act upon an Ordinance approving Prairie Oaks Ph 1C and Ph 2 2024 Annual Service Plan Motion Passed 7-0 Mary Petty, P3Works, explained Item 7 and answered Council's questions. Council Member Lusk made a motion to approve Item 7 as presented; motion: seconded by Council Member 8. Consider and act upon a resolution to order a public hearing for September 25, 2024 to consider an Ordinance to levy assessments against assessed property within Improvement Area #1 of the Chaparral Park Public Improvement District, which liesi int the corporate limits of the City of Oak Point, directing that the Preliminary Service and Assessment Plan be made available for public inspection, authorizing and directing the publication and mailing of notices for said public hearing, directing that the proposed Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll ber made available for publici inspection, and other matters related Council Member Hawrysio made a motion to approve Item 8 as presented; motion seconded by Deputy Motion Passed 7-0 thereto.
