Consideration and action on a Contract Amendment Between the City of Alamo and Interim City Manager Robert Salinas. stated ini the last meeting the AEDC approveda 12- 13n months extensionj for Madiam for construction. Mr. Gutierrez submitted. a letter of requesting an extension oft the city's 380 agreement as well, which can be found inj your Commissioner Pilar Garza motioned to approve, and Mayor Pro-Tem. Consideration and action on aj proposal to complete a fiber optic link completion for Interim City Manager Robert Salinas stated this proposal is to convert the old technology from the water plant SCADA System that communicates, from the fire station to the water tower. This will change the analog toj fiber optic, that is actually costing the city $7,000- $8,000 ai month to) have an analog line. Although, the cost is al little over $16,000, itwill pay its selfi in a couple ofr months. Thej fiber optic is already on line and this will allow for Mayor Pro-Tem. Robert.
