Consideration and Action to terminate lease agreement with Senior Community Assistant City Manager Alexandra Rangel stated the City of Alamo currently owns the old police station on West Austin Ave. andi is currently in a lease agreement with Senior Community Outreach Services, Inc. (Senior Companion). since 2011. Within the agreement, it states for the renters to) keep upi with the maintenance of the building. On. June 16th the building was visited by the City Manager, Assistant City Manager and Fire Chief The building was in poor condition violating the agreement. To prevent the continuation of deterioration, the city is asking to terminate. the lease agreement with. senior companion. Museum has approached administration and asked to renovate and convert iti into the New City of Alamo Museum. City Manager. Robert Salinas stated he spoke with.
