Judge stating that a manhole was missing on FMS 907 near Duranta Ave. Icontacted. Julio regarding the situation andi it turned out that thej fiberglass in the manhole broke causing the lidi toj fall in. Julio Villarreal hadt tol have it7 repaired in order to re-open the vehicle lane on FM907. The total cost for this project was $19,500. We are proposing to relocate the center to the City's storage lot on S. Tower Rd. With materials and labor, including the concrete work, the building cost estimate is at qpproximately $21,000.
