Consideration and action on an emergency collapse sewer line repair and emergency City Manager Robert Salinas stated the Storm Sewer. Manhole on FMS 907. On May 14th, I receivedd a call from the. Judge stating that a manhole was missing on FMS 907 near Duranta Ave. Icontacted. Julio regarding the situation andi it turned out that thej fiberglass in the manhole broke causing the lidi toj fall in. Julio Villarreal hadt tol have it7 repaired in order to re-open the vehicle lane on FM907. The total cost for this project was $19,500. He also stated, the Sewer Line Repair on Business 83 and 7thSt. On May 6th, aj portion of an existing 10" PVC sewer line and manhole cavedi in along 7th. St. inj front of True Value. Robert Salinas stated he has proposal tor relocate the Recycling Center located next to the fre department, we have gotten several complaints on how difficult it is to get in and out. We are proposing to relocate the center to the City's storage lot on S. Tower Rd. With materials and labor, including the concrete work, the building cost estimate is at qpproximately $21,000. He stated, according to the City Attorney itis requiredi to bring in an Engineer to design the building, Mayor Diana.
