Regarding discussioni items, Mr. Taylor requested formal board approval for thei following: The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Somerset County to provide a framework for the collaboration of FEMA and Somerset County to carry out their respective roles and responsibilities with respect to FEMA's Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) Program. Pastor DeFino introduced himself to the Board, advising he has been attending Town meetings, but also wanted to meet the Board of Commissioners in person, and share exciting things that are happening at the church. He explained work performed recently to the sanctuary, and notedt that their plan ist to next work ont the fellowshipl hall which has not been used for years. He is interested in the development of the Town of Princess Anne, sharing what he feels the church can do to promote activities. He discussed plans for these activities which included concerts, movies, stage events and roller skating and activities that home schoolers can attend to fulfill requirements.
