Centreville Planning Commission Work Session May 1,2024 7:00 p.m. MINUTES The May 1, 2024 Centreville Planning Commission work session was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Kara Willis, Chair; int thel Liberty Building, sccond floor meeting room. Worth, Town Council Member; Stacey Dahlstrom, Town Planner and Betty. Jean Hall, Administrative. Assistant. Discussion a. Zoning Discussion Ms. Dahlstrom presented the finalized comprehensive rezoning map. She will prepare the map and table in memo form to mail to property owners notifying them of the proposed changes. She has requested assistance Ms. Dahlstrom stated the Comprehensive Plan directs the Planning Commission to update the TND (Traditional Neighborhood Development) zoning and to create the Complete Neighborhood's PUD (Planned Ms. Dahlstrom shared clips of previous zoning ordinances and the PUD processes that were followed at those times. 2010 saw the creation of the Development Design Standards, the TND zoning in 2015 was based on David Dahlstrom, Upper Shore Regional Planner for the Maryland Department of Planning shared concept from Ms. VanEmburgh to create a draft letter to include as well.
