Call to Order: 6:30 PM Pledge of Allegiance: Led by Vice Mayor Foster Commissioner. Anderson and Mayor Ditty were excused. III. Roll Call: present were Commissioners Calenda, Muzzone, Perrine, Yorio,' Vice Mayor Foster. IV. New Business: a) Emergency Proclamation Hurricane Milton 2024-01 was read in full by Commissioner Commissioner Perrine made a MOTION to accept the Emergency Proclamation Hurricane Milton 2024-01 as read. Commissioner Calenda seconded the MOTION. All the commission b) Emergency Management Plan Outline - Vice Mayor Foster stated the latest track of Hurricane Milton and the closures in place with schools, government, etc. Vice Mayor Foster asked the Commission their opinion regarding closing Town Hall fort the Hurricane, as well as coordinating with Mayor Ditty for coverage oft the town office. The Commissioners discussed and decided they would be able to cover the office and to close Town Hall on Wednesday, October gth and Thursday, October 10th Commissioner Calenda made a MOTION to close Town Hall on Wednesday, October gth and Thursday, October 10th due to the approaching and current track of Hurricane Milton.
