Pledge of Allegiance Led by Mayor Niemann  III. Roll Call  Present were Mayor Nieman, Vice Mayor Calenda; Commr.'s Jones, Murphy, McCharles, Anderson, Ingram, Town Clerk Collen, Superintendent Ward, Chief Loos. Finance Committee members Ross Whitley, Kim Zarillo, and Gary Howell.  Also present was Heather Roberts from Charter. Accounting.  IV. Discussion of2021-2022 Budget.  *Town Clerk provided a line-by-line item of previous years budget compared to ayear to date and approximate values for the upcoming year. After discussion it was determined that areas ofline item can be reclassed and moved around. A prospective pay sheet ofemployees was also provided.
