Administrator, JenniferJoy Cox - Town Clerk, Everett Hullquist - Public Works, Joseph Hess - Fire Department. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Led by Mayor Garcia  PUBLIC COMMENTS: None  DECUTON/REPORIS. ACTION ITEMS: creation of new official employment position.  1.1 FEMA grant for FT Recruitment and Retention Officer for Fort Jones Fire Department and  Public Comments: None  Discussion: Council and staff engagement, grant cannot be used to replace current position.
