Carolin Hoefer, Customer Service Clerk CALLTO ORDER AND ROLLCALL:  The regular meeting oft the Fort Jones Town Council was called to order inj person by Mayor Mercedes Garcia at 7:00 p.m. In addition to the mayor, councilmembers present were. Mark Eayrs, Alex LaRiviere, and. Julia Collie-Mason. Councilmember Banks absent. Staff present: Cherie Stephen - Interim Town. Administrator, Kelly York - Code Enforcement, Everett Hullquist - Public Works, and Lieutenant S. Hess - Fire Department.  PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Led by Mayor Garcia  PUBLIC COMMENTS:  Debbie Baird from the Collier Interactive Center came to let us know that our representative for the Town ofFort Jones has resigned and we need' a replacement. She also, invited everyone to come visit the center, expressed the need for volunteers, and gave al briefoverview of what the Tori Hall expressed that she was moving out of Fort Jones due to horrible neighbors, and her insurance threatening to cancel coverage due to the neighbors' tree. She feels council is not Karen Whitehead asked where in the minutes that public comment was changed from 51 mini to 3 minutes and why the public was not notified. Garcia,  3.] Use Permit at 113 Carlock Street for a Four Foot Fence.  Public Comments:  Madeliene Ayres inquired as to why a use permit is needed for this type of project. The reason Motion: LaRiviere moves to approve the use permit for a four-foot-tall wood fence at 113  was explained by public works.  Carlock Street. Second: Collie-Mason Nays: None Absent: K.
