September 17, 2024 BOARD MEETING  The Board of thel Redevelopment Authority oft the County ofl Montgomery, pursuant to proper  notice, convened for its regularly scheduled meeting on September 17,2024 at 9:30AM. 1. Onacall to roll, the following Board members were in attendance:  Jonathan H. Spergel, Esq. Bob Wegbreit - absent Judith S. Memberg at Royersford, project George Schools  James W. Sanders - arrived prior to Action Items related to the Riverfront  Also in attendance were. Pamela Finegan, Deputy Director; Jocelyn Gallagher, Administrator, Fiscal Management & Operations Montgomery County Commerce Department and Andrew Freimuth,  Solicitor. Aliyah Stanger, Executive Director, was absent.  2.  Public Comment No public comment. Financial Statements  3.  Jocelyn Gallagher presented the. August 2024 financial statements to the Board.  4.  Approval of Invoices  Upon a motion by. Judith Memberg, seconded by George Schools, the Board voted unanimously to approve the bills and invoices as presented from August 8, 2024 to September  17,2024. 5.  Reading of Minutes of Redevelopment Authority Board Meeting of August 8, 2024 Upon aj motion by. Judith Memberg, seconded by George Schools, the Board voted unanimously to dispense with the reading oft the August 8, 2024 minutes and approve as corrected noting that George Schools was not absent but attempted to dial in to the conference  I    7. Project Updates  Conshohocken Enterprise Zone Revolving Loan Funds  Mr. Freimuth noted that documents regarding the transfer oft the fund and transfer assignment assumption havel been sent to Borough Council for review. It was also noted that there is a moratorium on accepting new applications during the transfer process.  Monthly Activity Update - August 2024  Ms. Memberg noted that a Monthly Activity Update for August 2024 was provided in the  Board packet. 8.  Next Meeting  The next meeting is scheduled for October 10 2024 at 9:30. AM.  9.  Adjournment  Upon ai motion by James Sanders, the Board agreed to conditionally adjourn the meeting  at 9:47 AM, followed by Executive Session.  -  4
