She also got a hold of the contractor fort the septic system, and they are hoping to be done by the first week of October. The buyer has signed all oft the paperwork, but the deed has not yet been recorded. Michaell Lyon stated that he talked with Paul Miles, the buyer, and he is planning on rehabbing the house. (#93) - 887 Route 958, Pittsfield, Pa., Freehold Twp., Parcel #YV-432-368600 - Julia Skinner - Pamela Matve presented new photographs that shel had taken recently, and she said the structure isi in worse condition now than it had been originally. She said Mrs. Skinner came to her office recently but does not want to donate the house to the RDA. Since that time, Mrs. Skinneri is now in a home, but her daughter, who lives in Oklahoma, stopped to visit Ms. Matve and visited the house. She was not previously aware of the condition of the house. Her brother is noti interested in the house, but she is going to ask him if he can help her clean it up. She will be back to Pennsylvania on September 29th and is hoping her brother will help her clean the house up. Charles Barone made ar motion, with as second by.
