Monthly Minutes of the Lancaster County Salary Board September 9, 2024  The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Joshua Parsons at 1:30 p.m. in the Commissioners' Conference Room 701, 7th Floor, at the Lancaster County Offices, 150  N. Queen Street.  Members Present: Commissioner Joshua Parsons, Commissioner Ray D'Agostino Others Present: Jackie Pfursich, Rithu George, Lawrence George, Christina Peddigree, George Custer, Amy Campbell, Drew Fredericks, Michael Fitzpatrick, Carly Galura, Heather. Adams, Lydia Kovalchuk, and Kathy Kunkel. Note: There were others present who did not sign in and whose identity is  Commissioner Alice Yoder and Controller Lisa Colôn.  unknown.  Commissioner Yoder moved to approve the meeting minutes of the August 12, 2024, meeting. Commissioner D'Agostino seconded. The motion carried unanimously.  George Custer, BHDS, requested as follows:  a. Approval to hire applicant (90076) at an annual salary of $55,126.50 which is above the start rate for a Caseworker position (504158), Grade I, effective upon salary board approval. (Min: $44,089 Mid: $55,126.50 Max: b. Approval to hire applicant (78121) at an annual salary of $52,000 which is above the start rate for a Caseworker position (503847), Grade 1, effective upon salary board approval. (Min: $44,089 Mid: $55,126.50 Max: $66,144)  $66,144)  Commissioner D'Agostino moved to approve items a and b. Commissioner Yoder Heather Adams, District Attorney, requested approval to hire applicant (90738) ata an annual salary of $54,697.50 which is above the start rate for a Media Specialist position (504495), Grade K, effective upon salary board approval. (Min: $48,613.50 Mid: $60,781.50 Max: $72,390). District Attorney Adams moved to approve. Controller Colôn Jacquelyn Pfursich, Solicitor's Office, requested approval to hire applicant (81065) at an annual salary of $95,000 which is above the start rate for an. Assistant County Solicitor - CYA Lead position (504501), Grade U, effective September 9, 2024. (Min: $79,189.50 Mid: $99,001.50 Max: $118,794). Controller Colon moved to approve. (Min: $60,008 Mid: $75,025.60 Max: $90,022.40). Commissioner Yoder moved to approve. Commissioner D'Agostino seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
