Stains said he would send ChiefClerk Stacey Golden the information to put in the newspaper for advertise- ment to bid. Stains also announced that he would not be seeking re-election for 2024. Commissioners met with Chief Probation Officer Dan Miller to review and sign the Pennsylvania Commis- sion on Crime and Delinquency paperwork for the Continuing County Adult Probation and Parole Grant. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve signing thel Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delin- quency paperwork for Continuing County Adult Probation and Parole Grant. All in favor. Commissioners met with Planning and Mapping Director. Justin Evans to review dates for an Electronic Collection Event. Evans proposed Wednesday, March 22, 2023, Noon-5:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 25, 2022 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Commissioners discussed with Evans how to advertise and suggested meeting Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to enter into Executive Session at 9:40 AM to discuss Litigation and  $114,260.73.
