Motion by Commissioner Hann to rebid the Todd Township CDBG WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant) Project due to changes in specs to get the cost down to where Commissioners met with Executive Director Connie Brode with Area Agency on Aging for John Schriever, Sideling Hill Financial, was rescheduled to meet with Commissioners ata a Commissioners met with Planning, Mapping & Recycling Director Justin Evans to seek approval for an "Electronics Collection Event" on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 from Noon-5:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. located at 610 E. North Street, McConnellsburg, PA, beside the American Legion. Evans noted that Motion by Commissioner Hann to approve an 'Electronics Collection Event" for "Fulton County Townships and Residents Only" to be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 from Noon-5:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Wible to enter into Executive Session at 11:00 a.m. with Motion by Commissioner Wible to exit Executive Session at 12:24 p.m. All in favor.
