Horowitz, Director ofl Tilsonl Infrastructure &E Brandon Carson, SAPDC and Alleghenies Broadband (via conference call) regarding the PAT Turnpike Dark Fiber Project. Mr. Horowitz' will be coordinating the PA Turnpike Efforts with the Counties throughout the Region and communicating with Brandon Carson as we are a part oft the  Alleghenies Broadband.  The Commissioners met with. Jim Stein, County Solicitor.  The Commissioners met with. Julia Dovey, Director of the Fulton County Family Partnership regarding contractual matters. Motion by Chairman Ulshi to Enter Executive Session ats 9:28 a.m. to discuss Legal Matters, Contracts and Personnel. Alli int favor. The Commissioners met with Patti Hess and. Jamie Shrawder via phone call, Elections Director and CDBG Administrator. Motion by Commissioner. Shives authorizing Chairman Ulsh to sign the Notice of Awardi for the CDBGI FY 2018 Project McConnellsburg Curb Cuts tol Kee-Ta-Quay Construction int the amount of $155,010.80. All inf favor. The Commissioners met with. Jeff Hackenberg: and Greg Strait, Penn State Extension Office regarding Farmland Preservation. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the McConnell Park Lease Agreement betweent the County of Fultona and the Fulton  Motion by Chairman Ulsh to Exit Executive Session at: 10:45 a.m. Alli inf favor.
