Minutes of the Meeting ofthe Collegevile-Trappe Municipal Authority Trappe Borough Hall Trappe, Pennsylvania July:23,2024 Chairwoman Perlin called the Collegeville-Trappe Municipal Authority meeting to order on the above date at 7:01 PM. Members present were Mrs. McKinney, Mr. Farr, Mr. Strauss, Mrs. Beckius and Ms. Perlin. Mr. Schautz arrived late and Mr, Farr was absent. Also present were attorneys Thomas Dyer of Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, and Kalie Melchior of Kilkenny Law, LLC and the Director, Joseph Hastings. The engineer, Matt Boggs, of Entech Engineering was absent. The members stood for the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. MINUTES: Mrs. McKinney made a motion to approve the June 25, 2024, minutes as presented. Mrs. Beckius seconded and the motion passed unanimously. PUBLIC INPUT: There was no public input. ENGINEER'S REPORT: The Director presented the Engineer's Report to the committee and is attached herewith, There was no update for the Castle Cove project. The engineer recommended approving the second payment application for the 2022I&I Phase 4 Sewer Improvements project in the amount of $38,041.45 in his report. Mrs. McKinney motioned to approve the payment. Mr. Strauss seconded and the motion passed unanimously. There was no update for the Fugo project. There was no update for the Bronson Circle Development. There was no update for the 56-62 Seventh Ave Development project. Mr. Schaulz arrived al 7:05. PM. TREASURER'S REPORT: Mr. Strauss presented the Victory Bank's check register which is attached herewith. The beginning balance on the check register as of June 25, 2024, was $31,803.58 deposits were $197,235.36 and disbursements were $210,418.76, leaving an ending balance of:$18,620.18 on July 22, 2024. Mrs. McKinney made a motion to approve check number 1539 through 1570, along with all EFTs and general journal entries listed, Mr. Schautz seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously, Mr, Strauss reviewed the other financial reports which are also attached herewith. Mr. Strauss réported that the new generator. is expected to be up and running in the fall. The LPVRSA's Profit and Loss is healthy; therefore Mr. Strauss is hopeful there will be no rate increase for next year. Mrs. McKinney made a motion to approve the Business Reports, which was seconded by Mr. Schautz. and the motion passed unanimously.
