Minutes of thel Meeting ofthe Colegevile-Trappe Municipal Authority Trappe Borough Hall Trappe, Pennsylvania August 27,2024 Chairwoman Perlin called the Collegeville-Irappe Municipal Authority meeting to order on the above date at 7:00 PM. Members present were Mrs. McKinney, Mr. Strauss, Mrs. Beckius, Mr. Schautz and Ms. Perlin. Mr. Farr was absent. Also present were attorneys Thomas Dyer of Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, and Kalie Melchior of Kilkenny Law, LLC, the engineer, Matt Boggs, of Entech Engineering and the Director, Joseph Hastings. The members stood for the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. MINUTES: Mrs. McKinney made a motion to approve the July 23, 2024, minutes as presented. Mr. Schautz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. PUBLIC INPUT: There was no public input. ENGINEER'S REPORT: Mr. Boggs presented the Engineer's Report to the committee and is attached herewith. There was no update for the Castle Cove project. expected to be completed within the next few weeks. There was no update for the Fugo project. There was no update for the Bronson Circle Development. The 2022I&IPhase 4 Sewer Improvements project has been experiencing some delays. The project is There was no update for the 56-62 Seventh Ave Development project. The engineer is recommending agreements be prepared. TREASURER'S REPORT: Mr. Strauss presented the Victory Bank's check register which is attached herewith. The beginning balance on the check register as ofJ July 23, 2024, was $18,620.18 deposits were $197,520.07 and disbursements were $126,038.95, leaving an ending balance of$90,101.30 on August 26, 2024. Mr. Strauss made a motion to approve check number 1571 through 1599, along with all EFTS and general journal entries listed. Mrs. Mr. Strauss stated a CD investment approved at the June meeting was not completed. He motioned to purchase a PLGIT CD for 330 days with those funds and to purchase two additional CDs for 330 days each with a maturity value of $250k using the funds from the Prime account.
