He instructed the secretary to call the Northumberland County Assessor's Office to obtain a list of all the properties by parcel number that Marion Heights Borough owns. He is also looking at a mailbox ordinance. POLICE REPORT: The police report entailed 10 calls and 189 patrols. from residents regarding the water buildup on Melrose Street by the bus stop. MAYOR'S REPORT: A house on Warsaw Steet has trash in the yard. There have been complaints FIRE CHIEF REPORT: No report. CODE REPORT: The demolition bids for 343 E. Warsaw Street were opened and are under review. One dumpster permit was issued, five notices of violations, three tickets issued, one complaint and one citation with hearing and was found guilty. CORRESPONDENCE: OLD BUSINESS: Joe Miriello made a motion for an outside contractor to replace the bridge at the playground if the borough workers can't repair it. John Olear second the motion. Motion carried. (3- 0) John Olear said a mechanic is needed for the tractor. Amotion was made by J. Miriello to appoint Ed Greco as a delegate to the Northumberland County Tax Committee and Joseph Petrovich as alternate. J. Olear second the motion. (3-0) Motion carried.
