21  MINUTES OF DUBLIN BOROUGH COUNCIL MEETING MONDAY/SEPTEMBER 232 2024  1. CALL TO ORDER: The September 23, 2024, meeting of Borough Council was held in Borough Hall at119Maple Avenue, Dublin, PA. Pledge of Allegiance: Vice-President Sharer led Council and the audience in the Pledge of  Allegiance.  3. Council President Announcements: There were no comments at this time. 4. Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items: There were no comments at this time.  5. Approval of Minutes:  5.1. Minutes from September 9, 2024, Meeting:  Motion by Mr. Kessler, seconded by Ms. Rosenthal and unanimously carried, the minutes of  the September 9, 2024, meeting were approved, as presented.  6.F Payment of Bills:  6.1. Bills List dated September 23, 2024, in the amount of $91,999.31 (all funds):  Motion by Ms. Rosenthal, seconded by Mr. Kessler and unanimously carried, Council approved the bills list dated September 23, 2024, in the amount of $91,999.31. Request for Fire Police = Sellersville Borough Winterfest Event: Mr. Sharer advised that we are in receipt of a request for Fire Police at the Sellersville Borough Winterfest Event scheduled for Motion by Mr. Kessler, seconded by Mr. Brennan and unanimously carried, Council approved any available Fire Police to assist at the Sellersville Borough Winterfest Event scheduled for 7.2. Discussion on Outdoor Dining: Mr. Mayes advised that during the August 12, 2024 meeting Council adopted Ordinance # 340 Permitting Outdoor Dining in the Borough. Hei indicated that this was adopted to get an Ordinance on the books for the local businesses. He expressed interest in looking at the Ordinance in more detail to determine if additional parameters should be added. The consensus of Council wast to have the Community Development Committee review the Outdoor Dining Ordinance and re-evaluate the Dublin Borough Planning Commission and Bucks County Planning Commission ecommendations. A date will be determined for this meeting once the 8. Committee Reports: Mr. Sharer advised that the Finance Committee met before the meeting to continue discussions on the 2025 Budget. The next meeting willl be held on Tuesday, October  December 14, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  December 14, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  budget meetings are finished.  15, 2024 at 6:00 pm.  9.
