The District would like to make the recommendation ofthe implementation ofa tree windbreak to assist with wind and soil erosion. Furthermore, the District would like to recommend that the applicant manage and eradicate all noxious weeds on the property, in accordance with the Colorado Noxious Weed Act. The District can assist with the planning and recommendation ofa tree windbreak ifneeded, as well as directing the applicant to noxious weed management  resources.
