He expressed concern that the CTA's letter from the last meeting was bypassed and requested arevisit. He also requested involvement with the Army Corps. President Cook discussed Ordinance 774, emphasizing that state law allows for amendments, and criticized the lack of awareness by the long-term    Planner/dministrator. Additionally, he noted that the lack of Planning and Zoning meetings isi impacting Richard Peterson, President ofTlingit and Haida, announced their plan to build an Early Learning Childhood Center to provide essential community services, including daycare and Head Start programs with language immersion. He emphasized the need for daycare in Craig and stated that prioritizing youth Council Member Shauna Thomas inquired about the cost oft the facility. President Richard Peterson responded that the Craig Tribal Association is providing thel land, and' Tlingit and Haida is investing $4. million.
