President Cook discussed Ordinance 774, emphasizing that state law allows for amendments, and criticized the lack of awareness by the long-term Planner/dministrator. Additionally, he noted that the lack of Planning and Zoning meetings isi impacting Richard Peterson, President ofTlingit and Haida, announced their plan to build an Early Learning Childhood Center to provide essential community services, including daycare and Head Start programs with language immersion.
