STATE OF TEXAS *** COUNTY OF HENDERSON *** CITY OF BROWNSBORO ***  The City Council met in the City Hall of the City of Brownsboro, Texas on  November 27, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. for a regular meeting.  I.
