STATE OF TEXAS *** COUNTY OF HENDERSON *** CITY OF BROWNSBORO ***  The City Council met in the City Hall of the City of Brownsboro, Texas on  October 23, 2023 at 5:00 P.M. for a special meeting.  I. Call to order: Mayor Dusty Wise II. Invocation: Mayor Dusty Wise Charles Cox, Glen Vest and Jason Gardner  III. Those present included Council members Adam McLean, Doug Shaffer and  Absent: None Staff Present: None VII. New Business:  Executive Session: Began at 5:00 Ended 5:25  1. Motion made by Councilman Adam McLean to hire Lindsey Moore, of Edom Water department, on a part time basis for help with problems in water billing, to work through the end of December,to pay up to $10,000, then to re-visit to see if there is a need to go further. Motion second by Councilman Charles Cox, all were in favor, motion 2. Motion made by Councilman Glen Vest to adjourn, motion second made by Councilman Adam McLean, all were in favor, motion carried.  carried.
