Special Events CITIZENS COMMENTS:  Any city resident may request to speak at a regular council meeting by filling out a "Request to Speak Form". The request must be received five days prior to the Council's Planning Session which is the first Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. Forms may be completed at City Hall, filed with the City Clerk, and your name will appear on the  City Council's meeting agenda.
