Meeting called to order at 5:00 pm. In attendance are Mayor Grooms, Mayor Pro-Tem Gwinnett, Councilman Anderson, Councilman Griffith, Councilman Stanoff, and City Clerk Wirth. Councilman Schlierf was not in attendance due work schedule conflict. Mayor Pro-Gwinnett gives a brief discussion on why this ordinance was not discussed and approved last year during the first round of ordinance changes. This ordinance  consists of:  R-1 minimum rear yard depth to be reduced from 40' to 35.. R-2 minimum rear yard depth shall be reduced from 40' to 30'. R-1 minimum side depth shall be reduced from 30' to 20'. R-2 minimum side depth shall be reduced from 30' to 10'  Mayor Grooms asked for a motion to authorize the Planning and Zoning Administrator Angela Wirth to refer the proposed ordinance to reduce the minimum lot width at building line in R-2 areas; the minimum rear lot depth in R-1 and R-2 areas; and the side yard depth in R-1 and R-2 areas, to the Planning and Zoning Commission for review and recommendation. Councilman Anderson maked the motion. Mayor Pro-Tem Gwinnett seconded the motion, all in favor, carried. Voting for the motion are Mayor Pro-Tem Gwinnett, Councilman Anderson, Councilman Griffith, and Councilman Stanoff.  No Council Member voted against the motion.    Mayor Grooms asked for a motion to adjourn tonight's called meeting. Councilman Griffith made the motion to adjourn. Mayor Pro-Tem Gwinnett seconded the motion, all in favor, carried. Voting for the motion are Mayor Pro-Tem Gwinnett, Councilman Anderson, Councilman Griffith, and Councilman Stanoff. No Council Member voted  against the motion.
