Work Session September 3, 2024    16.2024-073 Unifirst Uniform Corporation Service Agreement Public Works Department (Fleet Manager RandyAllison) 1Y Year (12 Month) Service Agreement with Unifirst Oniform Service Co. with a 12-month optional renewal, to provide 17.2024-074 Certain Right of Way's Mowing MOU with White County (County Manager Alan Ours) Memorandum of Understanding with White County for Mowing Certain Right-of-Ways. 18.2024-075 CivicClerk Agenda & Minute Software (County Clerk Melissa Witcher) This is a change from the current Granicus agenda and minute software to CivicPlus CivicClerk.  Uniforms and) Laundry Service for F/Y 25 with F/Y 26 optional.  19.2024-076 2024 LMIG Contract Colditz Trucking Amendment: #3 (Special Projects Manager Charles Trammell) Ratif Amend the contract for Copper Mine Road in amendment #2 to add 2' of widening on each side of the road and addt to  our existing LMIG contract. Alcoholic Beverage License (Retail Beer/Wine Package Sales) to Roby Bryan Jewell for Publix Super Markets, Inc. This is to consider thei issuance ofa retail beer & wine package sales license to Roby Bryan Jewell for Publix Super Alan Ours said thel Labor Day event at Pinetree Recreation Center was a success, and they had around 250 people attend. There was aj positive reception to the event and it will be a good idea tol hold more events like this for future holidays, he observed. He also noted that due to changing weather and lifeguard availability, the operating hours fort the pool and  Markets, Inc. located at 23 Maxwell Lane, Dahlonega, GA 30533.  waterpark have been adjusted. COMMISSIONERS  ASSISTANT COUNTY MANAGER & DEPARTMENT HEADS  Commissioner Mayfield complimented the high school football team on their Friday night performance. Chairman Dockery remembered Captain Stan Elrod, al DNR: Law Enforcement Officer who was struck by a drunk driver Sheriff. Jarrardi reminded everyone oft the upcoming Hunter's Safety course that willl be offered at the Sheriffs Office.  and killed several years ago on this date.
