Emergencies due to callouts are understood, but will still need to be approved by management, and an employee can still use comp time instead ofovertime. No overtime unless department head and county manager are aware and approve and sign off on it. Looking intoa MAINTENANCE BOND, CHAIRMAN COFFEY spoke on roads county took over from Jack Niebel, in lieu ofbond, check was given to county but never cashed, survey conducted by engineer has come out and looked at roads, everything checks out and the engineer wrote letter of release. BIN MINTER said no votei is needed; the obligation is expired. CHAIRMAN COFFEY stated to type a letter saying check hasl been released, and have it notarized. We can release the check back to.
