PAGE20F2    STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF LAMPASAS CITY OF KEMPNER  BEI ITI REMEMBERED that on March 23, 2021, the City Council met in City Hall with the following members present: Council Members Norm Parker, Jared Jones, John (JW) Wilkerson, The meeting was called to order at 7:101 P.M. and the following business was conducted: 1. Roll Call- Place 3 was in the parking lot as he had been removed from the council chambers prior to Roll Call by Mayor Keith Harvey. Place 1, Place 2, Place 4 and Place 5 were present.  Mack Ruszkiewicz, & Melba Vandeveer.  2. Mack Ruszkiewicz Led the Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance/Pledge to the Texas Flag  Non-Action Items  4. Citizens Comments. 5. Reports  Mayor's Report- The mask mandate as you all know has been lifted and masks are encouraged but optional. We still don't know everything about Covid-19 and this is not a big room sO with everyone's best interest in mind I made the decision to put everyone at a3ft distance sO I could get the citizens in here for the meeting. Also, the update on the park, we are waiting on one part for the faucet and then it will be completed.  Auditor Don Allman presented the. Audit report. Rutledge for their amazing service during the ice-storm.  Mayor Harvey presented Chris Long, Kesha Ellis-Macera, ChiefRodriguez, and Tim  ACTION ITEMS  6. Consider approval oft the minutes for the Council Meeting held on March 23, 2021. Mrs. Vandeveer moves to make a motion to approve the minutes.  Mr. Parker Seconds the motion. All in favor, motion caries.    7. Consider approval of the Lampasas Dispatch being the Newspaper chosen for the City of  Kempner 2021.  Mr. Ruszkiewicz: moves to make a motion to approve the Lampasas Dispatch.  Jones seconds the motion. Alli in favor, motion carries. 8. Comments/ Mayor's Final Comments.  9.
