Belinda Wallace with Victor was available via Zoom and answered Council questions. City Council expressed a concern to authorize Ms. Wallace tol look into a possible six month Motion: Mayor Adame made a motion to authorize the City Manager to enter into a windstorm policy agreement to be effective May 26, 2024 and ending May 25, 2025.
