Municipal Building - 4000 Main  Present: Mayor Margolis, Mayor Pro Tem Winget, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Shinder, Councilmember Reaves, Councilmember Bowers, Councilmember Britton and  Councilmember Schupp CALL TO ORDER  1.  Mayor Margolis called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.  2.  CITIZENS INPUT  There were no Online Input emails received for this meeting.  No individuals spoke during the meeting. EXECUTIVE SESSION  3.  3A. The City Council will convene into closed, executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, to wit: City Secretary. Convened into closed session at 6:01 p.m. Reconvened into open session at 6:49 p.m. REÇONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION AND TAKE ANY NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE  ACTION ON CLOSEDIEXECUTIVE SESSION MATTERS No action was taken following the Executive Session.  4.
