Discuss and take appropriate action on a request of Mr. Brian Yoder, from Battlin' BBQ, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, to hold their annual BBQ state championship cook-off and fundraiser at N.O. Simmons Park on October 25th - Discussion was held between Council Members, City Manager Lewis and Brian Yoder about the correction tot the dates to be October 24th-27th for setup and breakdown of the event, use oft the park, lighting issues, and buckets given to teams to clean up their ashes.
