The Regular Council Meeting oft the City ofI Ingleside was called to order by Mayor Adame at 6:30 p.m. on March 12, 2024, at Humble Station Community Center, 2821 Main St., Ingleside, TX and live video streaming. 2. Roll Call. With Council Members present a quorum was established. Pro-Tem Tracy Long, and Mayor Adame. Council Members Absent: Julio Salinas Council Member Pruitt led the invocation. Mayor Adame led the Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. flag. 5.Citizen Comments and Reports Barbara Gregg, 2809 Main Street, addressed the Council about Round Up Days, presented Vicky Cook, 3009 Lakeview West Dr., addressed the Council about the Seed Exchange during the month of February, and) how the community and businesses got involved with acommercial video, and handed out flyers. the exchange. 5. Staff Comments and Reports A. Report on thel Draft City ofIngleside Drainagel Master Plan as presented by Freese Discussion was held between Council Members, City Manager Lewis and Sarah West from Freese & Nichols about having a good drainage plan helps promote future development, projects ranked in the plan on page ES-2, the criteria scoring for each &Nichols. project, and using plain language for everyone to understand. B. Update on TCEQ Required Notice. Discussion was held between Council Members, City Manager Lewis, and Director ofl Infrastructure Services Paredez about the notice being sent out to all citizens, testing being done between June and September of2 2022, and 20 out of 40 samples being rejected by TCEQ. C.City of Ingleside monthly financial report as ofJanuary 2024. D. City of] Ingleside expenditures paid over $3,000.00 for the period ofJanuary 2024. 7.
