Mayor Braddy stated that this public hearing was to review the findings of the Texas Department of Agriculture Comprehensive Planning and Capacity Grant #7215074. Mayor Braddy turned the public hearing over to Tyler Creamer with Hayter Engineering. Tyler Creamer presented the findings of the study. He thoroughly reviewed each section which included a population study, a housing study, al land use: study, a street system study, a water system study, a wastewater system study, and a storm drain study. Mayor Braddy asked the public for comments. Only a few questions were asked. Mayor Braddy thanked Tyler for his detailed presentation and closed the public hearing.
