CATES, ALLEN FOSTER, DONNA  THOMASON, AND WILLIE "BEAR" WILKINS OTHERS PRESENT: EMILY HOWSE ABSENT: JAY GARRETT AND DAVID PHILLIPS  AGENDAITEM#1  Mayor Darren Braddy called the meeting to order and Darren also voiced the prayer.  AGENDA ITEM: #2  Discussion of the upcoming 2018-2019 city budget was discussed. Mayor Braddy presented a draft proposal budget to be considered. The proposed budget will include raises for all regular employees except the Mayor. A raise for City Attorney. Jay Garretti is also implemented. After much discussion it was the consensus oft the council to present the budget draft for approval at the next regular council meeting  which will be August 13, 2018.  **Changedi tape to side two at meter # 681  AGENDA ITEM: #3  E.J.C Cates made the motion to adjourn.
