CONTRACT C-371 Award employee health insurance Rick Overgaard gave the following report: The City currently contracts with Cigna Healthcare (Cigna) to provide group health insurance coverage for full-time City employees and their eligible dependents. The current monthly rates fort the employee and employer combined are: $741.62 for an employee, an additional $889.97 fora a spouse, an additional $630.40 for children, and an additional $1,631.60 for family The City's group plan is available to City retirees, Benbrook Library District InAugust 2024, Cigna proposed a renewal rate increase of 16.Opercent over current rates. Thereafter, the City's Agent of Record negotiated with Cignai to secure al lower rate.
