Mr. Hervey aiso  informed the court he was interested in environmental laws and possible grants for Wood County.  4.ACKNOWLEDGE: PERSONNEL, ACTIONS.  The personnel actions were presented tot the Court for approval. See copies of the personnel action forms attached to these minutes.  Thej personnel actions were unanimously acknowledged by Judge White and all Commissioners.  NOTE: As ofthis Commissioner's Court Minutes (7/12/19). Listings of claims were previously presented to each member oft the Court and made available tot the  public fori inspection. Claims were presented as follows:  Accounts Payable Direct Claims Paid Payroll #18-24 Voided Checks  $446,284.41 $0 468,544.11 476,543.39 190.00  Health and Dental- (ck*95376-95462)  The claims were unanimously approved upon a motion by Commissioner Gaskill and second by  Commissioner Acker.  7.CONSIDER. APPROVAL OF TREASURER'S REPORT.  No action was taken on this agenda item.  8.CONSIDER. APPROVAL OF CONSTABLE REPORTS.  No action was taken on this agenda item.  .ACKNOWLEDGE2 ORDERS OF ASSIGNMENT BYTHE PRESIDING JUDGE TOTHEC COUNTY  COURTOF WOOD COUNTY.  Commissioner Simmons made a motion to approve oft the Acknowledgement of2 Orders of Assignment byt the Presiding Judge tot the County Court of Wood County. ACKNOWLEDGE AN INCREASE IN TRAVEL POLICY REIMBURSEMENT EFFECTIVE  OCTOBER 1,2024.
