Replace, Estimate  from Crow's Auto for $2300  Discussion and Motion: Revision of Employee Policy =  define immediate family TikTok Policy  Selling PTO in addition to use or lose  Discussion and Motion: Pass a resolution to approve a variance for proposed new  business venture in accordance with the city ordinance not to enforce the distance limitation in this instance.    Discuss, consider, and adopt a resolution authorizing the submission of a Texas Community Development Block Grant program application to the Texas Department of Discussion, Review and Motion: Ordinance for trucks transiting on city streets Discussion and Motion: Alternate access for attic location (behind Yesenia's desk)  Agriculture for the 2025-2026 Community Development Fund.  and if approved motion to Start bidding process  Discussion and Motion: Water Tap equipment to replace old 1 inch tap equipment to  2 inches. Currently contracted out. Cost would be approx.  $600 per tap.
