Stagecoach Road Salado, Texas  Minutes of Regular Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting August 13, 2024, at 6:30 p.m.  The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Commission Members Present: Jim Lassiter, Lennox Alfred, Ron Cunningham, and Staff Present: Village Administrator Manny De La Rosa, City Planner Gina Pence.  Chairman Jim Lassiter.  Robert Schwindt (Alternate), Bev Turnbo, Jeff McClure  1. 2.  PUBLIC COMMENTS None  DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION  A. Consideration and possible action to approve Meeting Minutes of. July 23, 2024. Motion by Lennox Alfred to approve the Minutes. Seconded by Ron Cunningham. All approved and motion carried with one abstention by Jeff Jeff McClure requested that Mr. De La Rosa give a brief overview of The plan. The only Comprehensive Plan that was adopted by Ordinance was 2004.The 2014 and 2019 were adopted by Minutes. There are no changes except now the 2019 will be adopted by ordinance. The 2019 will then be amended in house and presented for possible adoption by the Board of Alderman. Bev Turnbo asked if the Board of Aldermen will be open to the suggested amendments. Code enforcement and zoning issues were discussed. Chairman Lassiter would like to have the plan completed and C. Update by Village Administrator on the proposed fiscal year 2025 operating D. Update on development services management and operations.  McClure.  B. Workshop discussion on the Comprehensive Plan.  ready for the BOA in January.  budget.
