Stagecoach Road Salado, Texas  Minutes of Regular Planning and Zoning Commission  Meeting June 25, 2024, at 6:30 p.m.  The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Commission Members Present: Jim Lassiter, Bev Turnbo, Lennox Alfred and Robert Schwindt (Alternate). Members absent: Ron Cunningham, Jeff McClure.  Chairman Jim Lassiter,  Staff Present: Village Administrator Manny De Lal Rosa  1. 2.  PUBLIC COMMENTS No Public Comments  DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION  A. Consideration and possible action to approve Meeting Minutes of June B. Consider and possible action on conditional approval of Dorothy Two Plat, located on Williams Road, approximately 2000 feetsouth of FM2484. Representatives of New Life Church were present to explain their plans and answer questions. Chairman Lassiter summarized the conditional approval and asked if it was precedent setting. Mr. De La Rosa explained that the plat will have to follow the ordinance or it will be rejected. He explained it was not setting a precedent. Motion by Lennox Alfred, seconded by Bev Tumbo to approve the Dorothy Two Plat based on the conditions set by MRB. All approved and motion carried. by a vote of four in favor, none opposed.  11,2024.
