Stagecoach Road Salado, Texas  Minutes of Regular Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting August 27, 2024, at 6:30 p.m.  The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Commission Members Present: Jim Lassiter, Robert Schwindt (Alternate), Bev Turnbo, Staff Present: Village Administrator Manny De La Rosa, City Planner Gina Pence.  Chairman Jim Lassiter.  Jeff McClure. Members Absent: Lennox Alfred, Ron Cunningham  1. PUBLIC COMMENTS  None  2.  DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION  A. Consideration and possible action to approve Meeting Minutes of August 13, All approved and motion to approved carried. by a unanimous vote. B. Consideration and possible action on recommending approval of Conditional Use Permit Bourbon Speaks located at 2 Peddlers Alley. Jeff McClure made a motion to approve. Jim Lassiter. seconded. Motion carried by a vote oft two in favor, one opposed, one abstained. Beverly Turnbo voted no. Robert Schwindt abstained. C. Discussion on the Comprehensive Plan.  2024.
