An motion was made by Alderwoman Tudyk, with a second by Alderman Sawyer to approve the Llano City Council Minutes from August 19,2024. meeting, Allin favor,none opposed. Motion carried. E.PUBLICI HEARING 1. The City Council will hold the first of the two public hearings on the Fiscal Year 2024-25 property tax rate. The public hearing opened at 5:32 p.m. and closed at 5:32 p.m. F. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS 1. Discussion and possible action to approve rescinding the current Llano Police Department Code of Conduct and all General Orders and approving a new Departmental Manual and Ar motion was made by Alderman Sawyer,with as second by Alderwoman Gilliland to approve rescinding the current Llano Police Department Code of Conduct and all General Orders and approving a new Departmental Manual and Patrol Division Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
