PUBLICI HEARINGS  The Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing to receive written and/or oral comments regarding a request to allow the property owner to keep repoured posts for a neighborhood greenhouse 8.5-feet x 10.5- feet, of which is located on the property line adjacent to the city walkway/utility easement and within the setbacks set forth in Zone Single Family-1 (SF-1). The physical address is 1302 E Luce St., Llano, Tx  78643.  The public hearing opened at 5:33 and closed 5:36 p.m.  REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS  1. Discussion and possible action regarding a request to allow the property owner to keep repoured posts for a neighborhood greenhouse 8.5-feet X 10.5-feet, of which is located on the property line adjacent to Ar motion was made by Alderwoman Gilliland and seconded by Alderwoman Almond to approve  the city walkway/utility easement and within the setbacks.  the variance for 1302 E Luce.
