The City ofLlano Board of Adjustment willl hear a request for a variance from Zoning Ordinance 735. This variance request is to allow the property owner to place a new home within the setback at 5.5ft from rear lot line due to the narrowness of the lot, with the rear lot setback zoned for 10 ft set forth in Zone Single Family-2 (SF-2). The legal description of the property is MILLER ADDN BLK B41 LT6. The physical address is 1406 Exall St., Llano, Tx 78643. The public hearing opened at 5:31 p.m. and closed at 5:35p.m. F. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS 1.
