The proposed project is spearheaded by the West Kerr County Chamber of Commerce (WKCCC). WKCCC is raising $150,000 for the project, funded by grants. WKCCC is requesting the City of Ingram to be the Grantor of the project to cover the monthly charges for electrical service, estimated at $285.48 per month.
